Fitness through the holidays
Lately I have been picking and choosing my favorite workouts, skipping those that I probably need to do, and taking a few too many days off out of laziness. I also know how challenging it can be to stay committed to working out during the holiday season.
Therefore, I have decided to do the full 60 day Piyo Challenge starting today (originally written in November) and taking me through mid January. I am also committing to doing more workouts in the morning and finding time in the evening to practice some much needed yoga at my favorite studio. In order to hold myself accountable, I am going to share a picture from my favorite move each day.
If you would like to join me by sharing your own workout pictures doing whatever workout you like (running, yoga, weight lifting, piyo, 21 day fix, anything you love) that would be great! Together we can commit to staying fit though the holidays!
