I have the best jobs

As you may know, it has always been my passion to help others. It is this desire that led me to become a scientist in the first place. With that being said, doing research for a living can be incredibly rewarding; however, it can also be extremely frustrating. There is a quote by Einstein that pretty much sums up the life of a researcher: “If we knew what we were doing, it wouldn’t be called research.” More often than not, experiments do not go as planned which can leave you feeling frustrated and like a failure at times. This exact thing happened to me this past week, and I was feeling pretty defeated.

Later that day, I checked in with my challenge group knowing it would cheer me up, because the assignment that day was to pay a compliment and encourage another challenger. What I hadn’t expected to find were my challengers complimenting ME! That night I even had a message from one of my rockstar new coaches thanking me for introducing her to Beachbody coaching. Even today I received more positive messages from challengers! I cannot even begin to describe how completely full my heart feels! While I have thanked them personally, I want to post here how grateful I am for my challengers and coaches, because they truly make every day better!

I am making a difference in the world. I am helping others, not only through my scientific research but also by being a Beachbody coach and helping people on their journey to become better versions of themselves. The happiness I have found both as a challenger and a Beachbody coach has completely changed my life, and I want to spread that joy. If you would like encouragement to help you reach your health and fitness goals by joining my challenge group or have a passion to help others and want to know more about being a Beachbody coach, send me a message! I will be more than happy to answer all of your questions!
